BEE Zero Waste Ltd operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the business customer, with a curated wholesale and trade shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our B2B Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you are registering as a bona fide commercial entity, retailer, or stockist.

To use the Services—including accessing or browsing our wholesale catalog, viewing trade pricing, or purchasing any products—you must register for a trade account and provide accurate business information, such as your company name, business address, email address, and tax/VAT details where applicable. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your trade account to any other person or entity.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & NATURAL VARIATIONS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. However, because our products (including 100% pure British beeswax candles, plant-based body butters, and palm-free cold-process soaps) are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, natural scent profiles, batch texture, and finish are entirely normal.

These natural, artisanal variations do not constitute a defect or fault. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products delivered will match digital screen renderings precisely. All descriptions and pricing of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit wholesale order quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - WHOLESALE ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

When you place a wholesale order through our platform, you are making a binding commercial offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by BEE Zero Waste Ltd. Your order is not accepted until we confirm fulfillment or dispatch.

  • Commercial Resale Purpose: You represent and warrant that your purchases are strictly for commercial resale within your retail business or boutique, and not for personal, family, or household use.

  • No Sale or Return: BEE Zero Waste Ltd does not operate a "sale or return," consignment, or product exchange policy of any kind. All wholesale purchases are final unless deemed damaged or defective upon arrival.

     

  • Order Cancellations & Restocking Fees: Because our goods are handcrafted to order or packed in small batches, orders cancelled after processing, production, or packing has commenced are subject to a 10% to 50% restocking and cancellation fee depending on the labor and materials invested.

     

  • Incorrect Delivery Addresses: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided resulting in a failed delivery or return to sender, a mandatory redelivery fee will be charged before goods are redispatched.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and trade terms are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the wholesale price in effect at the time the order is placed and confirmed. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted wholesale prices do not include applicable VAT, sales taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import duties.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and billing information for all transactions, and to promptly update your account details as needed. You warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that all charges will be honored.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, TRANSIT DAMAGES & SHORTAGES

  • Delivery Estimates: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of Loss: Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for lost potential retail sales resulting from delivery delays.

  • Reporting Damages & Shortages: Any transit damages, defects, or missing items must be reported to us in writing via email (infowholesalemade@gmail.com) within 7 calendar days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and your invoice number. Claims submitted after 7 days will be rejected.

  • Resolution: Approved transit damage or missing items will be resolved strictly via store credit or account credit applied to your Wholesale Made account. Physical returns of damaged goods are generally not required unless specifically requested by our team.

SECTION 6 - BUYER ORDERING ERRORS & CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you have ordered incorrect items or wish to return unblemished stock due to an error on your part, the following strict terms apply:

  • Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery and authorized by our team prior to shipment.

  • Authorized returns must arrive back to us within 14 calendar days. Items must be strictly unopened, unused, in pristine original packaging, and fully resalable.

  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you request that we arrange a courier collection for your error, a standard collection fee (£7.50 + VAT for UK mainland) will be deducted from your final account credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, displays, images, graphics, product descriptions, video, and audio owned or licensed by BEE Zero Waste Ltd, are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to use product images and descriptions provided on our platform solely for the purpose of marketing and retailing our authentic products within your business. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit our proprietary brand assets, logos, or manufacturing methods outside the scope of authorized retail promotion without our prior written consent.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

You may be provided with access to optional third-party tools or links through our platform. These are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We bear no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools or external websites.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

BEE Zero Waste Ltd is powered by Shopify, which enables us to host and operate our online wholesale store. However, all sales, contracts, and transactions are made directly between you and BEE Zero Waste Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims and liabilities arising from your transactions.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal and business information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to our data practices as outlined in those policies.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, reviews, proposals, or feedback to us, you grant BEE Zero Waste Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display such feedback for commercial or operational purposes without compensation or confidentiality obligations.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, wholesale pricing, promotions, availability, or shipping charges, and to cancel or amend orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You may access and use the Services for lawful B2B commercial purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to scrape data, harvest pricing, reverse-engineer products, transmit malware, violate intellectual property rights, or bypass any security features or trade-account access restrictions we enforce.

SECTION 14 - AGENTS & AUTOMATED ACCESS

Automated tools, bots, or AI agents may only access the Services if they explicitly identify themselves in the HTTP user-agent string as Agent/[agent name], do not mimic human behavior to bypass CAPTCHAs, and comply with all robot exclusion headers and security protocols.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION

We may terminate these Terms or suspend your trade account at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR BUSINESS USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
